Our sea moss gels have the longest shelf life in the market — 12 weeks. Once opened, the shelf life is 4 weeks. Consume by best before date.

When you're scooping out your sea moss gel, be sure to use a clean spoon.

Extra jars can be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months. When you're ready to use them, thaw them in the fridge before consumption.

The white residue is simply dried sea moss. There is nothing to worry about, this is not mold.

Because our sea moss gels are handmade and natural, we use a special process where jars are turned upside down during production and then back upright. Sometimes, a bit of sea moss dries in the process, this is completely normal and does not affect the potency, shelf life, or quality of your gel.

It is very normal for your gel to lose it "gel like form' during shipping. This does not affect the product in any way. After about 2 hours in the fridge the sea moss gel will return to it's gel-like consistency.

We strongly recommend that you do not exceed 1-2 tablespoons of sea moss gel daily. While sea moss gel is generally considered safe for consumption, excessive intake or misuse can cause adverse effects.
