Refunds & Returns Policy
Every BELO gel is handmade to order using premium, small-batch ingredients. Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes of mind, or refund requests once an order has been confirmed.
We encourage all customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout.
Subscription Orders
Our subscription plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for an ongoing commitment. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Introductory and subscription pricing applies to active subscribers only.
- Each subscription order is subject to our standard no-refund policy once processed.
- Cancellations made after a subscription order has been placed will not entitle the customer to a refund for that order.
- Customers who cancel their subscription and later reorder will be charged at the current standard rate — introductory pricing is available once per customer only.
- Subscription cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
These conditions exist to protect the integrity of our subscription programme and ensure fair pricing for our committed customers.
Our No-Refund Policy
Because each gel is crafted specifically for your order — with ingredients sourced, blended, and prepared in advance — we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. The cost of materials, labour, and time has already been committed the moment your order is placed.
We appreciate your understanding of this policy. It allows us to continue delivering the quality and care that goes into every BELO product.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
Once your order leaves our production kitchen, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. BELO does not issue refunds for parcels lost or damaged in transit; however, we will actively support you in lodging a claim with the delivery partner.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please include clear photographs so our team can review your case and assist with the courier claims process.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. BELO cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to an address entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout.
Exchanges
As all products are handmade to order, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
