Belo 6-in-1 Prebiotic Fibre Powder | 11 g Per Serve
Almost nobody tracks their fibre, and almost everyone's deficient in it.
Fibre's been revolutionised. A spoon of chia or psyllium husk just isn't enough, one source only feeds one part of your gut.
Belo 6-in-1 gives you 11g of fibre per serve from six sources, feeding your whole gut, not just one function.
✅ 11g of fibre per serve, most people get under half that in an entire day
✅ 6 fibre sources, supporting your whole gut, not just one function
✅ Low FODMAP and gut-gentle, built for people fibre usually upsets
✅ Unflavoured and versatile, dissolves into whatever you're already drinking
Fibre isn't just a gut thing. It's a wellness thing.
Small-batch production means we sell out fast.

Ingredients — per 12g serve
Soluble corn fibre — 3.5g
Gentle, well-tolerated, and slow-fermenting — feeds gut bacteria without the bloat spike other fibres cause.
Gum arabic (acacia) — 3.0g
One of the best-studied prebiotics for feeding beneficial bacteria and supporting gut microbiome diversity.
PHGG (Sunfiber-type) — 2.5g
Clinically studied for supporting both regularity and stool consistency — works whichever direction your gut needs.
Polydextrose — 1.5g
Low glycaemic impact fibre that adds bulk and supports satiety without spiking blood sugar.
Sodium alginate (from kelp) — 1.0g
A marine fibre that helps slow digestion, supporting steadier post-meal blood sugar.
Citrus pectin — 0.5g
Supports healthy cholesterol levels and adds soluble fibre diversity most blends skip entirely.
Silicon dioxide — 0.01g
A trace anti-caking agent — keeps the powder free-flowing, not a fibre source itself.
Total dietary fibre per serve: 11g
Six fibres, real doses, nothing hidden behind a "proprietary blend." Silicon dioxide is a trace anti-caking agent everything else is fibre your gut bacteria can actually use.

No added sugar, no aftertaste, no chalky texture. Fully soluble and completely unflavoured, so it disappears into coffee, water, or a smoothie without changing a thing.

Why fibre has let you down
The fibre you've tried probably made things worse.
Most fibre supplements are one cheap fibre source — usually psyllium — fermenting in one place: your upper gut. That's the bloat you remember. And while your upper gut gets overloaded, the rest of your gut gets nothing at all.
The formula hasn't changed in 20 years. Your understanding of the gut has.
How Belo works
Six fibres. Three zones. One scoop.
Your gut is a garden with three beds — and each one feeds on different fibres, at different speeds, in different places. Belo 6-in-1 is blended so every zone gets fed.
The front beds
Soluble corn fibre · AcaciaFast-feeding fibres for your upper gut — without the gas spike single-source fibre causes here.
The middle rows
PHGG · PolydextroseSlow fermenters that travel deeper, reaching bacteria most fibre blends never get to.
The far end
Citrus pectin · Kelp alginateReaches the final zone of your gut — the part almost nothing else touches.
Then water it daily: 11g of real fibre, every day. Consistency restores balance — a one-off dose doesn't.
Full transparency
Real doses. No "proprietary blend."
Every gram on the label, nothing hidden. Six fibres your gut bacteria can actually use — and a trace anti-caking agent. That's the whole list.

Into anything
Water, coffee, smoothie. Fully soluble, completely unflavoured — nothing changes but your fibre intake.
Daily, quietly
Consistency is the product. Your gut rebalances on routine, not one-off doses.
For the skeptics — we like you
The science, simply.
Why fibre diversity matters
Your gut is home to trillions of bacteria, and like any ecosystem it thrives on variety. Fibres differ in how they dissolve, thicken and ferment — some are used up quickly near the start of the colon, some slowly further down. Feed your gut just one type and you feed only one neighbourhood.
Prebiotics feed your bugs
A prebiotic is a fibre that's selectively used by your gut microbes. It passes undigested to the colon, where bacteria ferment it — that fermentation is the feeding.
Fermentation makes short-chain fatty acids
Fermentation produces short-chain fatty acids such as butyrate — an energy source for the cells lining your gut, and a signal molecule for the rest of your body.
Speed & place matter
A fibre's solubility, viscosity and fermentability decide where and how fast it works — which is why a blend reaches more of your gut than any single fibre can.
